My legacy is to give to the Drexel’s Student Veterans Organization.  As a member of Drexel’s Student Veteran Task Force and a staff member of Drexel, I am proud of Drexel’s commitment and continued efforts to provide support and services to our military veterans as they enter into a university setting.  Drexel continues to grow as a “veteran friendly” campus community by recognizing the need to support the student veteran.  It is a small way of giving back to a University who invests so much into their students.

"My reason to give is honestly pretty simple, it's because I'd like to give back for all that I have gotten from Drexel. Drexel has given me much more than just a great education through the co-op program. Hours spent in the library, great memories created with friends in the Creese Student Center, beautiful days spent sitting out on the benches at Lancaster Walk are only a few of the experiences that made college so incredible. Drexel has provided me with an abundance of resources in every area I ever needed help: The Learning Center, the Counselling Center, Academic and Co-op Advising, Alumni Relations, you name it! It helped me develop the confidence to go out in the world and achieve my dreams without fearing failure. Now, it only makes sense that I give back, not only to the institution, but to the future generations of Dragons, to ensure their Drexel experience is just as valuable and memorable as mine!"

Jimmy Hamalian
"In my time at Drexel, I have seen the university grow in physical size, academic excellence, and impact both domestically and internationally. The grand infrastructural and scholastic progress has inspired many students, including myself, and has been one of my personal catalysts for success and my reason to give. The environment on campus is unlike any other –pioneering research, a global perspective through vibrant student life activities, and experiential learning in the classroom and through the co-op program. When these elements are brought together at Drexel University today, our institution stands out as a true breeding ground for young professionals to form innovative solutions for the puzzles and problems of the world."

"I believe in myLegacy because I want to come back to Drexel in ten years and see that my student organization is thriving. I want to come back and see Drexel Dragons who are engaged and active in their communities, and myLegacy makes that happen."

Bernadette Ikhena
"I give to create a positive impact and help sustain the quality of education and student life at Drexel. I'll be giving to the Drexel African Students Association to encourage an awareness and understanding of African cultures on Drexel's campus."

"I give to Drexel to thank the people that impacted my Drexel experience. From my Rowing coaches, to my mentors, to my professors, I give to Drexel as a small way to ensure future Drexel students have the opportunity to meet them and learn as much as I have. To me, giving to Drexel is a small way to give back directly to programs that molded my Drexel career."

Robert Keyser
"I leave my legacy to make travel opportunities more accessible to the student body."
